ChocolateCON is a groundbreaking convention unlike any other that celebrates the emancipation of African American life in the vibrant city of Washington, DC from 1862 to our envisioned future. This year will be our inaugural year and the goal is to offer a kaleidoscope of people, places, and stories that speak volumes about the freedom and liberation of Black people. This is more than just an event; it's a platform for empowerment, a vessel for our shared experience, and a canvas upon which we can be unapologetically black.
